Laurie Yorke, RN
Laurie Yorke, RN is a registered nurse and case manager at the Wound Care Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway. With more than 20 years of experience in the nursing field, she currently provides direct patient care and is responsible and accountable for assigned patients in terms of the implementation and evaluation of care with the panel physicians at the Center.
Prior, Mrs. Yorke began her nursing career at Rahway Hospital as a general surgery/orthopedics staff nurse and as a charge nurse for the hospital’s sub-acute unit. In addition, she spent time as an assistant head nurse at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center as well as a per diem nurse with Atlantic Healthcare Systems, Phoenix Healthcare, and Solaris Healthcare Corporation.
A graduate of Union County College with an Associates Degree in Science (Nursing) and a RN Diploma in Nursing from Muhlenberg School of Nursing, Mrs. Yorke is a two-time recipient of the Alice Held Award for Clinical Excellence.
Mrs. Yorke resides in Clark, NJ with her husband and son.
