Sherry Ann Kaczan, RN, BSN
Sherry Ann Kaczan, RN, BSN is a registered nurse and case manager at the new Wound Care Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway. With more than 15 years of years of experience in the nursing field, she provides direct patient care and is responsible and accountable for assigned patients in terms of the implementation and evaluation of care with the panel physicians at the Center.
In addition to her role at the Wound Care Center, Mrs. Kaczan is a staff nurse at JFK Haven Hospice / Mary Ann Hale Pavillion in Edison, NJ, where she provides direct patient care, initiates intake assessments for hospice appropriateness, and manages the plan of care process utilizing the interdisciplinary team approach. Previously, she was a staff nurse at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center, Garden State Pain Control Center, PA, and began her nursing career at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway (formerly known as Rahway Hospital) as a staff nurse on the hospital’s oncology, hospice, and medical/surgical units.
A graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Mrs. Kaczan is IV and CPR certified and a former member of the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway skin care committee.
Mrs. Kaczan resides in Clark, NJ with her husband and three children.
