Rahway – Emerging treatments for Parkinson’s, frequently asked questions about the disease and helpful tips and coping skills will be discussed during a program on Wednesday, March 12, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway.
The program, called “Parkinson’s disease: Now that I have It, How Do I Cope?” will be held at 1 pm in Conference room 3 of the hospital, which is located at 865 Stone Street, Rahway.
Featured speaker is Physician Assistant Jacqueline Cristini, who also holds a master’s degree in medical science. Ms. Cristini is the coordinator of the Deep Brain Stimulation Program at the New Jersey Neuroscience Institute.
The program is sponsored by the hospital’s Parkinson’s support group. Meetings take place on the second Wednesday of every month and are open to the public. For more information call 908-272-2362.
