Kevin Kramer, Esq. named as
Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel
Rahway, NJ – Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway has named Kevin Kramer, Esq. as Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel for the hospital. In addition to serving as legal counsel, Mr. Kramer will also handle Corporate Compliance for the 265-bed community hospital.
Prior to joining RWJ Rahway, Mr. Kramer was an attorney in the health care group at Gibbons PC in Newark, where he counseled hospitals, home health agencies, adult medical day care centers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers on a number of issues. Prior to that position, he was a health care attorney for Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Florham Park.
A resident of Hoboken, Mr. Kramer is a graduate of Syracuse University and Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Prior to law school, he served as a Legislative Correspondent for U.S. Senators Richard Bryan of Nevada and Bill Bradley of New Jersey.
Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway is a member of the Robert Wood Johnson Health System, which includes Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick and Hamilton, and Children’s Specialized Hospital.
