the questions almost every patient, their families
and friends ask about the facilities and services at
the hospital . It also contains the Patient Rights
as defined by public law and endorsed by the
hospital’s Board of Governors, Medical Staff and the
administration . Your responsibilities as a patient are
also contained in this booklet .

letter from me with a satisfaction survey . We
value your feedback and use it daily to improve
