Scotch Plains – The Truth About Self-Esteem is a workshop offered at the RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center on Wednesday, October 10 at 6 pm.
Led by experienced therapist Maria Sikoutris Di Iorio, the workshop will cover the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy self-esteem and how people use food, alcohol and drugs to mask their feelings.
Maria Sikoutris Di Iorio, MA, Ed.S., LPC is president of the Hellenic Therapy Center in Scotch Plains. She has been facilitating workshops for more than 17 years and provides individual and group counseling to adults, children, and adolescents.
This useful workshop will help you see how you can restore your sense of self-esteem and help you learn to set boundaries with others.
The workshop is free.
