Eating The Right Foods Can Improve Your Mood
SCOTCH PLAINS – Chocolate may make you happy for little while, but there are foods that can improve your mood. Find out how to include these foods in your diet on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 7 p.m. at a cooking program. RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center.
A Mediterranean diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains is good for your heart, but this type of diet may also have effects on your circulation that can affect your mood. Chef and Registered Dietitian Diane Weeks will show you ways to incorporate these foods into your diet with easy to prepare recipes and ingredients you can find in the supermarket.
