Introduction to Reiki
Scotch Plains – Have you ever been curious about Reiki, the Japanese technique that uses touch to promote healing? Learn about Reiki at the RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center, 2120 Lamberts Mill Road, Scotch Plains.
Intro to Reiki, taught by a registered nurse who is a Reiki master, will be held on three dates in September. The first is Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 7 pm; Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 10 am and Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 11 am. The program is free.
Lean how Reiki can be used to promote a sense of relaxation, assist in pain reduction and enhance the healing process. Many hospitals today have integrated Reiki into their patient care because it is compatible with traditional medical treatments. To register for any of these programs call 732-499-6193.
