| 403(b) Plan |
For all employees who have been employed at least one year and who work at least 1,000 hours per year, the hospital will contribute money in your 403(b) plan each pay period. The amount is based upon points using a combination of your age and your years of credited service.
In addition, the hospital will match your contributions into the 403(b) Plan up to a maximum of 50% of your 4% contribution. Your maximum contribution for 2007 is $15,500. Employees over age 50 may contribute an additional $5,000. In addition, catch-up provisions may apply to those with at least 15 years of service.
